No, it's not mine, though I think it looks pretty nice in there. Belongs to a buddy of mine, Dave, who's visiting family back East, and would have otherwise had to park it out on the street because the truck literally WILL NOT FIT IN HIS GARAGE.
This thing is IMMENSE. It stands just over 6 feet, 4 inches tall! That garage door is 7' x 16', but some of the opener brackets hang down a bit...he inched it in there with me looking on the whole time. This beast really looks and feels from the outside like a regular truck built to 1.2 scale. It's a King Cab SE, with big tow and Rockford Fosgate packages, plus the bed extender and rail system. It rides really great on the street, and I'm certain Dave will put it through its offroad paces quite a bit during his trips to Mammoth Mountain and out to the desert dirtbike trails.
I'm so far really impressed with this ride. It's real comfy and roomy and seems really well built, it gets tons of attention on the road, and it just plain hauls A (and 9000 lbs) when you want it to. Word of warning though, the engine is set deep rearward in the bay...doesn't look like you could replace the valve cover gaskets without dropping the engine! Not sure how easy doing the plugs will be.
After a fairly *MISERABLE* experience with Superior Nissan of Carson (I'll never recommend them), he negotiated a good deal at Universal Nissan and drove this baby home a couple weeks ago. He's only filled it up once so far. Well, actually, he *tried* to fill it up, but couldn't quite do so because the pump automatically shut off once the bill reached $50!
The last thing Dave said before leaving was "I better not come back and find my engine sitting in your Infiniti!" Guess he knows me pretty well.
