Titan GPS Upgrade

I drive a 2004 Nissan Tital LE with Nav system. The truck was originaly bought in the USA and I brought it to Canada. In 2006/7 a free GPS upgrade was offerred to all Canadian Owners. I got and installed this at that time but I find the GPS still seems to be missing alot of Map data, not just newly built roads either many that have been around for over 10 years. Anyway my question is this. Navteq (Zinrin) is now (Oct 2008) offerring a $190 US Dollar GPS map upgrade for the Titan, It seems very expensive but they have a captive market so I quess they can charge whatever they want. Has anyone bought this upgrade and is there an improvment in street data?? I live in Calgary Alberta Canada and this city has grown quickly in the past decade, updated maps would really help.Thanks for any advice you have.
