i recently just purchased a low mile 2004 titan 4x4 crew cab. i immediately noticed the exhaust leak from the drovers side. i assumed i just had a manifold gasket to replace. but after some goolge research i believe i have a cracked manifold. i have seen some people weld the cracks up only for it to crack again, as well as people replace the manifolds only for them to crack again. i live in a non emissions checked area so i could care less about the cat's. my question... whats my best option? replace?, repair? or upgrade to some nice headers with no cat? any input or directions to more information is greatly appreciated. thank you

Headers are the only way to go if you don't have emissions.
