tires/wheels for my '92 M30

Hello,I have a stock '92 M30 and want to stick some nice rims on it. A local person has a set of 17" rims with 205/40/17 tires. Will these fit my ride without rubbing?Thanks

Alot of that will depend on the offset of the rims.
