I was looking at the Nitto Invo Video Link post above. The closest match I could find for my front tires are 225/45ZR18. Would that still fit the front wheels? How would it affect the ride/car (if it does at all)?

Is anyone else having a lot of problems trying to find tires that make 225/45/R18 sizes? I have no problems finding the rear sizes 245/45R18. I just would like all 4 tires to be the same. Any help or advice from you would be greatly appreciated.
