so I was wondering if I could fit P205/70/r15's on the stock rims on a 89' s13 that have P205/60/r15's. will it be ok/safe to do that? I would have P205/60/r15's in the front and P205/70/r15's in the rear. thanks guys

you could, but why would you want to? It will throw off your speedo tho, since your in effect changing your final drive ratio. If your car is stock ride height you shouldn't have any problems.

It will be totally safe, but it will also totally mess up handling, speedo accuracy, acceleration, responce, etc.

Basically, it is a stupid and bad thing to do.

Definately not optimal. But far from unsafe/stupid.

I mean if its your daily driving tires and their cheap (but not cheaply made) then why not? I run garbage tires on my car daily.
