I drove over a steel bridge yesterday and felt the rogue sliding left and right. Is it a sign to get new tires or the tires don't have enough tire pressure?

It is a sign that the bridge is a steel bridge.
Nothing to do with the car.

its normal. your driving over metal, and metal is slippery. (ever brake hard on a bridge and do it over the steel JAWS/TEETH looking things that help the bridge expand? or the metal plate in a tool booth? - just as slipper)

now try driving over that bridge on a motorcycle = better be wearing diapers! lol/jk.
