I got a '95 240 and I would stick to 215 . I went to 225 before and the front rubbed messing up my wheel bearings. But you the rear should be fine with 225, I think it can handle 235 (not sure though).

if you have an s14 a 205-55-16 is the best fitment for the thin 6.5" wide wheels...

an S-12 can use a 205-5515 on the stock 6" wheel, and it works nicely, and there's more sticky tires available.

the problem with 225-50-16 is that they're too wide forthe rim, its not an unsafe fitment..just not "good" IMO since the bead gets pinched...

taller, so there's more sidewall to allow for bead pinch effect, but still too wide for the stock rollers!
