hey, i checked rimtuck.com and a couple fitment threads i just ordered some wheels (17x9 +12's all around) and im trying to figure out what tires to get, ive seen 215/40, 215/45, and 205/45 all strectched to try and make flush in the front, but i dont know if im low enough compared to other people and its hard to compare height to other cars with aero( and through a picture). right now im on megan tracks with both collars removed.

im thinking 215/40/17 in the front,i just wanna double check, and do things right the first time cause i dont have money to blow.
1990 hatch i intend on rolling the fenders and i would perfer not to pull

picture attached to show current ride height Please excuse the poor quality and for it being off centered

Yeah, 215/40/17 if you want that rubberband/stretched look. I prefer 235/40 on a 17x9, though.

its not that i like rubberband look, i would just like to not rub bad at full lock and sit pretty flush, i just dont wanna go from tucking stock alloys to haveing wheel gap cause the decreased diameter of the setup. has any one had any problems running a 215/45 since it would be closer to stock?

215/45 is pretty big, about the same size as 235/40. 215/40 would be closer to stock, if not, smaller depending on the brand. I have 215/45 and hate them.
