Thanks in advance!
Here is my post on new tires purchased earlier this year.

I ended up purchasing from the dealer because the price difference between the dealer and local shops was small. I also did not want to end up with an issue of the tire pressure monitor sensors and end up possibly having to return to the dealer. It is always a good idea to check with the dealer parts department and get a price for just the tires. Then ask service for a quote to install them. That way service does not mark up the price of the tires and the final price may be very close to what an independent shop charges and you'll get a new loaner to drive as well as a free breakfast while they work on your car.
With 21k miles on my OEM tires they perform well in both heavy rain, snow and ice so I am happy with them. Whatever you decide check the date codes on the tires before they are mounted and installed on your car.
A few months after purchasing the new tires from the dealer, I became aware that two of them were from 2003. The one above was manufactured in the 48th week of 2003. The dealer replaced both tires at no charge. ABC news did a story on dangerous automobile tires and you can find it on youtube.
