Picked up a set of rota D2's 17x8.5 et20......not sure what tire size i should run. I can get a great deal on some 235/45/17's....would those stick out too much causing rubbing? if so i can roll my fenders cuz i know they will be very close to flush. Im riding on Tanabe Sustec pro's currently with no camber adjustment

Great size for the wheels, but the tires are a bit tall. I would personally run a 235 40 17. I have not run the size you are suggesting, but it's quite possible that they would rub.

the tire will rum or the rim? might need to get some 5mm spacers for the front and rear if they rub.....anyone have experience with 235's on Rota D2's?
