I currently have four 7 inch wide rims w/ 215mm tires. It seems as if I could put 220's or even 225mm tires on them.... what kind of guidlines should I go by for my tire sizing? I'd like to go as wide as possible. Thanks, you can also contact me on AIM at Thermal 177 or Vidra 21.

205's sidewalls will be perfectly square with the rim.

You can easily fit 225/45's on, but they buldge out a little bit. It doesnt look bad, just be careful. With most 17x7's (high offset) you will hit the coilovers up front on an s13 with 225's.

215's will be fine if thats what you got already...but id say 205 like everyone else

id only go up to 225 on 7's with crazy stiff sidewalls, like R-comp's or slicks
