Tires for 2002 Pathfinder SE 2wd

Hello , I have a 2002 Pathfinder 2wd. My son just bought some new tires for his mustang and I was wondering if I could run his old tires (almost new) on my pathfinder. They are P215/65 R16's by cooper. They are just a little more narrow and not quiet as tall but would do me, I only drive about 4000 miles a year . The load is a little less but I don't haul anything. Any advice out there. Thanks
