Tires and front brake suggestions....97 j30

I'm changing all four tires for the first time. And while I'm on the front, I'm gonna change my front pads. Any suggestions on good pads and tires. I live in Louisiana, so I need some good wet weather and hard driving tires.

Like Yoda said, stick to OEM pads and rotors or go high end aftermarket. The J is a heavy car that eats through brakepads and easily warps cheaper rotors.
