hello everyone
since i bought my 03 M45 i have been on a search for a set of headlights. i have been searching all over the internet and the prices, to me feel astronomically over priced. ebay is coming up with $700+ per side or $1350+ for the set. i was also considering a set of gloria headlights but from the looks of it i would have to get a grill to go with it due to the way they sit next to each other.
my question is, is there a depo set for the car or do i have to go the oem route?
ooooor should i get the gloria headlights (cheaper price) and go with a gloria grill? (i like the grill too  ) if i go this route, is there any modification that i need to do to the grill and headlights or are they straight bolt on?
any help is greatly appreciated
btw if anyone has links that can help me out that is also appreciated

Expensive cars, expensive parts.

You're likely gonna have to go with something JDM. The '03 M (one of my favorite cars, btw) wasn't popular in the US, but was huge in Japan.

The Y34 Gloria front end doesn't strike me as attractive at all, but that's just me. You'll also have the wrong cutoff on the lights, which can't be adjusted away - potentially illegal, and at the very least, a pain for oncoming drivers and unsafe for you.

I saw an '04 M that had the grill debadged, blacked out, and the headlights tinted. Looked spectacular.

Here's another option: http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/how-to ... 5-m45.html

thanks for the info. :dblthumb:
i know about the cutoff being reversed from jdm parts (still have my cd7 accord with jdm goodies). i also looked at the hid in the foglight link and have it saved as a fave.
my problem is that the headlights on this car work fine but the mounting tabs are broken on the driver side (hood holds it in place) and the passenger side has one tab broken. i would like to get new ones, which is why i was looking at the gloria headlights and grill. i know they fit but is there any modification that have to be done or are they straight up bolt on?

Not sure on the bolt-on question. My guess would be yes, since the cars are substantially identical.

I like www.car-part.com for replacement parts. US headlights with nice bulbs would be cheaper and less hassle (and legit).
