Tire/Wheel Size?

If i was to get a 17x8 Rim would 245 be to big and what would be the best fit.. i am lookin to mabey get 18's.. anyone wanna talk me out of it and what would be the best tire fit if 18x 7.5

18" are heavy.... and dont provide any handling benifit at all.please read the attention sticky, as for why I am locking this (no, Its not personal, if you weant, repost with the information requested and I'll be more than happy to answer you.)-chet
