THE VEHICLE IS A 2006 MAXIMA SL and...
Front tires are wearing like they're underinflated (outside edges on both tires are literally chewed up). Tires are properly inflated. Could bad motor mounts be the cause? Tires are noisey at about 40mph. Cost of replacing motor mounts?????

Mounts do NOT wear out tires.

Probably not mounts. You can look at your mounts to see if they are cracked. While under there
the condition of the inner tie rods, control arms, and struts. I just put on Anchor (Rock Auto) motor
mounts for $165 (my labor). The other parts mentioned above might be a total of $500 if you do it
