hi, i have a minor leak on my front left tire and it's say on my tire hazard coverage it will cover damage from road hazard up to 36 month!. I know my rogue will be covered because i got a 2011 rogue!

so here's the question, do i need to go to my dealer to fix the tire or i can go to any tire repair shop to fix it and just reimburse the cost?.

95% of the time local shop covers only the labor that THEY did to your car. So think about small fee about leak like $10 in a local shop.

I'd suggest hitting the dealer. Are you certain the leak is due to damage covered by road hazard? I mean, for example, I had a slow leak and it wasn't the tire at all -- it was the valve assembly (clearly not road hazard in my case).
