Tire Trouble...

Hey everyone. I drive a 95' Nissan Altima SE 5sp. I've had the car for around 2 years now. It's been a great car so far but recently I've realised that my rear passenger wheel is wobbling badly. Other drivers have said its very noticeable. I'm not sure causing this all the sudden, however we have had horrible road conditions around here due to snow/ice, which may be the culprit. Anyway, I had the tire balanced and it seemed ok after a few hours of driving, but it has since then gotten worse. Once I get going about 40mph, it makes a loud sound after every rotation of the tire. I really know nothing of what could be causing this, so I'm needing some advice. I could really use some help here if anyone has any ideas, thanks.

Well, as it turns out, the tire was bad. Just got it replaced and running perfect now. Fixed...
