19k on my '14 370Z M6, and the rears are showing some wear.

The stock tires are noisy as hell...always have been. Looking for a quieter option. I have the 18" wheels on my car. Just looking for rears at this time, as the fronts will go another 10k by all appearances.

Recommendations? Not looking to break the bank or get some kind of uber sticky tires for high performance. Just need a decent tire for around town and highway driving.

The last two sets of tires I bought have been BF Goodrich g-force comp-2 tires. I liked the tread pattern for the price the first time around. They held up nice enough for me to seek out another set. The only surprise was that they are super quiet. Like, they don't really squeal to let you know you're breaking traction. I actually wouldn't mind a bit of tire squeal at the limits, but that's okay by me for the price I paid.

The stock Michelins are really noisy on rough pavement.....that's what I'm hoping to improve upon.

Best tire I've ever run on my Z has been the Michelin Pilot Super Sports, but they're not cheap. They're not bank breaking, especially for what you get, but they're more than a lot of folks want to spend.

Check into the Bridgestone Potenza S-04, it's a good summer tire that's not going to give you sticker shock.

Given the time of year I've only mentioned summer tires, if you're looking for all-seasons for whatever reason lemme know.

What's your tire profile? Do you have large rims? Stiff shocks?

I was thinking about Dessert Rat and his pavement sensitivity. 45 seems like enough profile to absorb some of it. Like, if he was riding on 20's, with stiff lowering springs, then I don't know that any tire could be much quieter. I was mostly just being curious. ;)
