Wheel diameter isn't the only concern - You need to also consider tire width and aspect ratio, as well as wheel width.

Your best bet is to find a S130 that has aftermarket wheels that you like, and ask the owner what wheel / tire size they have. Far easier to piggyback off another person's build, especially if you're not terribly knowledgeable about fitment.
