tire sizes

ive been trying to figerout what size tires to run with a drop so far here is what ive come up with

2" drop 225/65/R14 25.5 inch high tire3" drop 205/65/R14 24.5 inch high tire4" drop 185/65/R14 23.5 inch high tire

does this sound about right on a stock ST rim with no rubing

does anyone know if i can drop my truck 3inchs on a set of 205/75/r14 on stock ST rims with out any rubbing

185 60 or 65 R14 is a good start. That is what I use on mine in the front.

Also the stock tire size in my FSM is 185/70/R14, but the shorter side wall never hurt anyone.

Yup, up to 225/50, 15's don't rub. So keeping with your 14's clears it even more.

225/50/r15 tire diameter would be 23.9 inches all most the same a 185/65/r14 with is 23.5 inches

i bought the truck with brand new 205/75/r14 tires iam wonting to lower it 4inchs but i think i'll try 2inch with the 205's

When I bought mine it had 205/55 15s. The front was lowered 2" and was totally clear. Now I'm running 205/60 15 and I've raised the front back to original height.
