I think if you've 16" then the size is 205/50/16. If you've the 15" then the size is 205/60/15.

I have heared that one guy put 225/50 on the SE rim but I know when i had the 93 i put 215/65/15 on the back and after a lot of joyriding it seam to me like the car was less stabel in the back if i was you just stick with stock size but with better tires but if your hell bent on getting bigger tires do 215/55/16 thay should fit but have never done it

oh yea with a bigger tire it will bubble out more so run low psi to keep full contact

I have the stock tires on my 95 240SX 205/60/15 and I can tell you that you can easily go with 225, there is room for it. I realized that by measuring cause I'm in the process of installing 17x7 rims with 215/45/17 tires. You can go to one of those used tires places and have one sized in your car and check out the differences, it won't cost you more thant $40.

215/50-16 should fit on a 16x7 with little problem.

What brand and model of tire are you going to drift with?

Dont go too wide. i put 235's on a 7" wide rim and I had poor contact patch and terrible tread life. Now I have 245's on an 8" wide rim which is the widest that the tire companies recommend for an 8" rim and no problems at all. Just look at the recomendations and go with what they say.

you can safeuly put a 225-50-16 on the stock 16x7" wheel, it doesnt bulge much, and provides a lot of slecetion in sticky tires.

also, look at the FAQ. all of this could have been answered if you looked and searched. this questions was asked 2 weeks ago.-chet
