What is the best tire size to run on a 94 Hardbody 4x4 with a 3" Suspension lift like the one from Calmini?

33x12.5 on a rim with 4-3.75" of back spacing will fit. BUT you have to take in to consideration what gears you are running. it's either 4.3x or 4.6x. My neighbor has a 4 cyl with 4.3x gears and 33" tires...it's really sluggish on the highway.
