I have a square set of wheels 22x10 40mm offset. Need help with the tire size. I searched and see anything from 245-30-22 through 275-30-22. I'm lowered on tein htech. Trying to decide between a 255-30 and 265-30. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

There are calculators online that will show you the difference between the stock size and whatever size you pick...I'd try to match it as close as possible speedometer wise to make sure you're not doing like 80 when your car says you're doing 70 lol.

If you check the FAQ thread on the main page, you will find a calculator. Enter the stock data in the first column, then enter your new set-up in the right column and you will see all the changes it causes in speedo, clearance for suspension, brakes, etc.

It ain't just the size to check.

Many low profile tires do not have sufficient load index values. So please make sure that whatever you get (i.e., with a width range and ratio to fit a 10" wheel width) also has a load index of 94 or higher.

Watching out for this will make life a lot safer if you hit a bump or pothole at speed!

Thanks for the responses. I've researched load index and the tire size calculator as far as the speedometer goes. Looking mostly for feedback from anyone whose run that setup on the front as far as rubbing is concerned.
