Hi is it ok to use 225 X 55 x17 on a 2009 G37 instead on 225 ?

Not sure I understand your question....

But here are optional sizes according to tirerack.com for a 2009 G37 Sedan base:

Front Optional 17" 225/55-17
Rear Optional 17" 245/50-17

i ended up buying a set of 225/55/17 . I got the Continental comp. they are just fine.
