I plan on ordering some volk 17x8 and 17x10 CE28N's and I was wandering whats the biggest tire I can fit on the back? I will already have wide fenders by the time they come cuz of damn special order which takes 3 months.

Why did you get such a large difference in stagger? I suspect your car will have massive amouonts of understeer when you put these on. And with 17x10's a 275 tire would probably fit nicely. Wheel Offest can make a difference of course.

should I get 17x9 and 17x10 then? I'm gonna need something bigger than 275 for my power range most likely. Will 295 or 305's fit on these rims? I'm ordering this rims very soon so I haven't made any mistakes yet.

That's something you are going to have to test fit once you have the wheels. There is no way for anyone to know what will fit without getting under the car with a tape measure. With wider fenders you will have more room but how much is the question. The wheel itself will determine where the tires end up in relation to the suspension and fenders. It's sort of a horse before the cart thing....
