How wide can you go on an 18 inch tire for the sprt suspension on a 2002 Q45? Is 255/45/zr18 OK?

That size will fit nicely. I knew one member installed that same size tires.I bought an FX rims (18 x 8) and will put in the 255s when my 245s are worn out.
