Tire options really suck for this car as far as OEM replacement. Are there any issues with putting the 245/45-18 (rear size) on the front (18x7.5 wheel)

2007 18" sport wheelsFront: 18x7.5 +45mm offsetRear: 18x8.5 +50mm offset

Thanks in advance.

The best way to find out if certain tire sizes will work is to use the tire size calculator.

Put in the oem tire sizes for the car and compare them to sizes you think might fit. If they are 3% +/- difference in diameter, the calculator will warn you it is not recommended. You could run the same size tires all the way around even though there is a 1" difference in width. You may also be able to find a diff front tire size that is within specs of the oem.
