I would go by Eddnogs aftermarket wheel chart for the Rogue.

Hence, I would chose the 245 45 20 which would also be the best for odometer and speedometer accuracy according to Ed. :bigthumb:

Not only that, it would look better according to your tire guy. :dblthumb: :mike

Speed is measured from transmission wheel so it doesn't effect it.

Your on 20s so the 40 or 35 should be good.
Higher the middle number the more grip you get cause wheel rotates less

Eddnog hasn't posted here in almost a year (Oct 2010). I doubt he will be checking the forums.

Costco is NOT the place to get advice on tires. They have no clue on upsizing, fitment , suspension mods etc.

A piece of advice: Find a reputable tire shop that knows what they're doing!

Example:

On my '03 Altima, I went from 205/65R16's to 245/45R17's with 8" wide rims. I also upgraded to Nismo S-Tune suspension (~1" drop). These are major changes in tire and suspension from stock!

Guess what? No rubbing issues whatsoever! The tire shop was the key here... they selected the proper rim size, offset and tire width.
