Tire Size 205/65/R15

I have these tires from my old 91' Maxima that my dad sold a while back. It's yokohama tires summer sport tread with speed ratings at 130mph on it. Is it possible to fit these on the 89 240sx with 4 bolt pattern? Also would it have any side effects? I used the tire size calculator on wikipedia and it said that my speedometer would be about 2.47% slower. Meaning if I went 60mph on the Speedo it would actually be 61.4mph or something like that. Would it be ok to drive with these?

Didnt they switch to 5x114.3 on the Maxima's in '89?

yes you can. if you compare the stock 240 wheel/tire to the maxima one theres not much of a difference assuming you have the 195/60/15.

Those are just fine, as they were the stock size on the 240sx convertibles.

Thanks a lot guys, Ill go ahead and keep these then. I really dont care about rims all too much at least until i get the body work done to it. As long as it works for now.
