Hi
I live in Michigan and want to put bigger tires on my truck for winter, it is a 95 XE Short bed 2wd I have 195 R 70 14 on it now how big can I go? Will Chevy 6 lug 15" fit on a D21?

Yes they will fit but may stick outside of fender wells a bit. I ran 15 inch on my first d21 with like 225 60 15 in 7 inch rims, but the offset put them outside the fenders a bit, no problem rubbing just slung crap all over the truck LOL any water hole or wet road splashed all over the side of the truck.

I used some steel chrome aftermarket wheels but you can get 15 and 16 inch pathfinder wheels from a junk yard cheaper. they will bolt on for sure also wheels from mazda and isuzu 6 lugs will fit. search what wheels fit here I posted and got a list of wheels from stock trucks that fit, many are 15 or 16 if you like.

Here is some BFG All-Terrain T/A KO's for 14 inch rims: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp ... all=Raised White Letters&partnum=975R4ARAKORWL&tab=Sizes. I think that other companies would make this size, as well. There are always snow tires, too.

Be careful of how much bigger of a tire you run than stock, because the 2wd has quite a bit taller gearing than a 4x4.

[edit] Link is kind of broken, it just goes to the front page. Anyways, you can look up tires by brand and your size should be the smallest truck tire available for popular models like BFG All Terrain T/A KO, etc...
