Ok, what tire sizes would I be looking at to fit onto 18x10.5 -22 offset wide wheels?

what kind of look are you trying to get?

and I'm curious on how you're fitting such wheels...

Well I'm planning to get flares rather than over-fenders. There was a blue s13 in here with a bomex kit with nice flares and I probably will be trying to achieve that look for these wheels.
