Tire rubbing harness and metal

So the front driver tire is rubbing into the harness, under hard cornering. I searched and found a link to a write up but sillbeer's site is down. Anyone have a copy of that or similar link to relocate the harness and sledge the metal part?Thanks!

what i did was move the harness under the hood by removing the fender and putting it under the hood and bolt hte fender back on

Usually it's best to cut back some of the wire loom to make it fit under the fender better.

Good stuff, and does anyone have any warnings or anything I should look out for when I sledge that metal out of the way so it doesnt dig a trench in my tire?

Well first off take the fender off, so it's completely out of the way. You can either pound till it's as flat as you can get it, or do it the right way. Cut it back, then weld the seam back together. Make sure you do it well though since it connects important structural panels together there. My .02.=)
