Do we need to have our TPMS reregistered every time we rotate tires?

doubt it, since the car doesnt tell you what tire went low any way, i think its the radio frequencies that tell the computer the tire is low it doesn't matter where they come from

Just rotated my tires on both the Versa and the 06 Quest. No issues with TPMS.The quest does report pressure in each tire.Ben

are you sure that it knows that the rear wheel is now in the front and vise/versa(ha ha) I would test that, let air out of the one of the front tires and see if it doesnt say one of the rear tires are flat.

It gives 4 numbers. Doesn't say which is which, but I think it goes clockwise 'round the car.

BTW.. we've had really copld weather in Iowa this week and my TPMS light went on. I didn't have time (or courage) to mess with it when it was 8 degrees out so I ignored it for three days and it went off by itself while I was driving 40 miles home from Des Moines. Must have finally warmed the tires up enough for the system to reset.
