I have a 2016 Nissan Rogue and it just turned one year. I only have 7500 miles on it. I don't drive much. I am wondering when would an appropriate time for tire rotation be?

Also I'm doing my one year service and having a conventional oil change but I'm wondering if I should also be asking to have filters changed or? Not sure what to do here.

General rule, rotate tires at every oil change. Replacing the oil filter is part of having your oil changed. They'll offer to do the engine air filter and the cabin filter. Tell them no, as these are easy DIY, and you can get them for about half of what the dealership will charge. There's instructions on this form. Use the SEARCH feature.

Every oil change. I'm bit excessive if you don't drive much. Like I said I have only 7000 miles and it's been a year. I thought it was usually 10k

Also. Are their any other one year services that should be done. She said at Nissan only conventional oil change. Synthetic isn't needed cause my rogue has always had conventional which needs to be changed ever 6 months or 5000 miles

If you read your service maintenance guide you will see Nissan recommends to rotate your tires every 5K miles.

I guess I'll do it next oil change when I'm at 10000

Anything else besides oil change at one year service? Also. Why would they not put synthetic is it not worth it.

Ok, all of this has been discussed before. As I stated previously, use the SEARCH function.
