Well if they didn't, you have to remove the sensors from the tires every time you rotated your tires. They reset and the system figures out what signal is coming from where.andygold wrote:...Does the vehicle have the ability to determine which pressure sensor is at which corner of the vehicle? I was hoping it would learn, but I also figured that Nissan would want us to pay to have the system reset at every tire rotation.Rogue One wrote:Well if they didn't, you have to remove the sensors from the tires every time you rotated your tires. I just bought a 2014 rogue, the tpms was working propreley, i then changed the tires to winter tires/mags. The tpms will show nothing on the screen, when i turn the car on, the toms light will blink for few seconds/minute then turn on solid...
Called the seller, confirmed that the winter mags has tpms sensors on them and were woking properely last winter...
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
Yes, the 2nd gen Rogue gives you the tire pressure of each individual tire. An individual tire will light up yellow and activate the TPMS alarm.ras_oscar wrote:Sooooo I have a 2012 rogue and use all season tires, since the winters here are milder then the northern climates. Do the newer Rogues actually identify which of the tires are underinflated? Mine does not

How do i reset the tpms on my 2014 nissan rogue after a flat tire repair?
I got a flat tire and it went down to 10 psi. The system displayed a warning telling me that i had a flat tire. I stopped at a local small garage and they plugged the tire and filled it with 31psi. I drove home and although it now showed the correct pressure in the repaired tire, when i start the car, it still shows that warning light on the dash and the message reads that I have a flat tire and to bring it to the dealer. The "tpms warning system" somehow needs to know that there is now 31 lbs of air in the tire even though it shows the value of 31psi on the centre display where it shows the pressure for all the tires.
How do I reset the system? The dealership said to bring it to them and they will charge me in excess of $115 and they will force reset the warning message and tire light. This makes no sense that this is the only way to reset the tpms system after a simple reduction of tire pressure in a tire and then it's subsequent refill!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
If the tpms won't rest after following the above instructions, you'll most likely have to have it reset. You can pay the dealership $115 or by your own reset tool for about $137 https://www.amazon.com/Autel-TS401-Acti ... reset+tool
