I just had my tires rotated on my 2006M35X for the first time (not at the dealer). After the rotation, the air pressure sensors stopped registering on the information screen inside the car. I'm taking it to the dealer next week, but was wondering if anyone else has had that happen and knows why a normal rotation would cause that to happen.

They didn't pair the transmitters?

Check in your owner's manual.

In case any other owners have had this experience...I did read the manual which notes that you must travel at 40 mph for 10 consecutive minutes after rotation in order for the sensors to re-activate. I thought I had, but found over the weekend that the sensors began to work again when I took the car on the highway during a trip.

Or, you can have the dealer use their reset tool.

This is going to become a standard requirement for any TPS system, according to some of the new Federal stuff in the works.
