Tire Rim Damage

Can someone please tell me what to do about a small scrape I inflicted on my right front tire rim while parallel parking? Short of replacing the entire wheel can I get the rim sanded and repainted? The scrape is about six inches long and pencil thin in width.

seeing as how you're in the vegas area, i'd google some wheel repair shops. I curbed my front rim a few months ago, and I can get the scratches completely repaired good as new at a place here in memphis for right at $100.
