My orig. equip tires on my '07 G35x are due to be replaced before winter comes. I live in Connecticut and never had a problem in the snow with the originial GoodYear RS-A (P225/55R17) tires that the car came with. The only thing that is making question using those tires again is the price... the best price that I have found is $181 per tire mounted. I love reading the contributions on this site and look forward to the suggestions.

Some people seem to like Michelin Primacy tires, and the Pilot sport All season tires, although they are a bit noisey.

I had no issues with Kumho ASX over the years (and my co-worker has had them on his '04 G35 sedan for a couple years in Cleveland with no issues) and thus far the Hankook Ventus S4's on my G35s have been good although I have yet tried them out in snow.
