Tire question, is the sealer correct??

I have a 2006 g35 with the 245/40r19 on the rear. I want to buy just two rear tires and was going to buy the kuhmos because they are pretty cheap and I'm only going to keep the car maybe another 20,000 miles. The dealer told me that if i put those on the traction control light will be on and I might damage the car. Then he told me to purchase only the stock tires. Is this correct?
