I have a group of 4 barely used tires lying around with a slightly different size than what I'm currently using. Simple question, can I use a size P195/70R14 tires on my 2001 Nissan Sentra?

If any more info is required please let me know. Thanks for any help!

What model Sentra do you have (XE/CA/GXE/SE)? If you have an SE then the tires are too small for the stock 15" wheels. For the other models the stock tire size is P185/65R14. So, the width of your new tires would be a bit wider by 10mm which isn't too much, but may rub a bit when you turn.

The aspect ratio is 70 on the new what should be 65. That means the height of the tire mounted on the wheel would be 136.5mm instead of the stock 129.5mm, so it'll be closer to the wheel well by 7mm, which isn't risking rubbing the fender or lining.

Simple answer, yes you can mount them and drive on them, but they may or may not rub slightly.
