what the best tire pressure for Z stock tires 18'/225 front 18'/245 rear what do you recommend ?

it depends a bit what you have in mind for driving.

I do 38 psi up front and 36 psi in the rear which works for most situations.if you drive mostly in town and have female passengers keep it a couple psi less.

driving and turning fast as i can ,i have now 32 fr/rr isn't it low enough anyway ?

33-38 psi is good for almost any tire. Lower pressure can negatively affect mileage and handling, but higher pressure can give too harsh of a ride and increase the risk of a blowout.

thats definetly a bit low.bump it up and remember the front always get a couple extra psi.

Definitely low.

In the summer I cold inflate to 32psi (it heats up to 36-38 psi after a few minutes), and in the winter I bump the cold inflation to 35 psi (measured in the semi-cold garage) so that when I get outside it doesn't drop low enough to set off the TPMS.

so you suggest me 2 psi more in the front is is that correct ?

Nik,

all 4 tires should get more pressure.I suggest 36 in the rear and 38/39 in the front
