I am getting my 04 Infiniti G35 manuel coupe's 18" rims powder coated and when I had the tires removed, I also removed the tire pressure sensors so they didn't get damaged in painting. I was told that the sensors need to be put back on with a specific torque. Any one know or do I just need to snug them up? They didn't seem that tight when I took them off.

My other questions are about tire fitment. I am getting Michelin Pilot A/S put on my 18" rims...I wanted 245/45R18 all around so I could rotate front to back (what I had: 225/45R18 front and 245/45R18 back, with stock 18 X 8JJ rims). Tire guy said changing too much from stock could have negative effects on engine computer (he seem little scared to change from 225,245 setup), but width (245) shouldn't change rotational speed, so was he mistaken? Are there any problems using 245/45R18 on front and back? I have heard G35 can take pretty big rubber so I don't think rubbing is an issue. I would guess handling may be affected slightly with wider on front, but I'm not racing anyone.

I did notice when I looked at the back of the rims, they have "Rear" and "Front" stamped on each pair, yet they are all 18X8. Does this mean I can't move the rims from front to back?

Thanks for any info
