PMS work off of radio frequency. They measure the amount of air volume within a tire. They probably just threw it in and not recalibrate it.

Question... is it a different TPMS sensor or is it from Nissan? Cause it is it an OEM Nissan TPMS, I'd just bring it back to the dealer and play dumb...

Let us know how you make out!
