Tire Pressure sensor compatibility

Does anyone know if the 2003-2005 q45 tire pressure sensors are compatible with the 2002 Q45 as they are different part numbers. I asked this on Fresh Alloy forum, but no replies ....

I don't know, but a lot of the electronics were upgraded in 2003.

Are they true pressure sensors, or revolution sensors? If the latter, the teeth in the ring may have changed.

I checked the part numbers and it looks like they are... I would ask joe, who likely has first hand experience. the parts book is not very enlightening on this subject (it normally is for something like this)..
