Ok I'm getting new rims and was wondering if the tps can just be swapped over and if possible how.

they can just pull them out of the old wheels and install them into the new wheels. they might ask you if you want to replace the rubber seals inside of the sensor, that parts up to you, i would suggest to replace the seals cuz they can crack and leak over time.
