So as some of you know, I had some tire/wheel issues lately. I had gotten a new back right tire, same type and brand as the others. Then I got a new wheel for the front right since the other got bent. Well since then my tire pressure light has been coming on a lot. This only happens after I drive for 20 minutes going to work which is usually a 30 minute drive. I check my tires and the pressure is higher than usual which of course is due to driving for awhile.

My tire pressure seems to be normal but the light is still coming on after driving for awhile. My question is, should I take it in to Nissan or back to Discount Tire to look at? I had looked at some other threads regarding this issue but none really answered the question directly.

your sensor may be damaged or needs calibrating

Does it always happen at about the same spot in your travel? Like, generally speaking, are you usually traveling past the same place when the light comes on?

It's a long shot, but you might be getting an RFID signal from somewhere else. I think something at my work did that to mine, but it wouldn't shut off. Eventually, dealership did it. Also: a woman called into CarTalk, and she was driving past CIA headquarters in Langley VA when her indicator came on in her Versa.

I can't say it's the "same" spot. It's just around the same point in time after driving for a bit and this is in really any direction.

^no, you will have to live with the light on, or get a new tpms in your new wheel.
