I have been waiting for 16-months (Nov. 18,2008) for Nissan North America or NissanUSA.com to send me a "Tire Pressure Label" for my driver's side door well that was damaged while it was in for warranty repairs and it had to be removed in order to re-paint the are !!!

After waiting 16-months Nissan says that they can't send me a replacement label because my car is not a "NEQW" car that is up for sale !!!

Is there anybody out there who knows what to do ?

Is it something you can order through the parts department?

If you cannot get the original label, then make one and stick it on the driver side door or inside the center console.

For 07 Maxima, COLD tire pressure is 33 PSI for 17" wheels and 32 PSI for 18" wheels. Spare tire pressure is 60 PSI. If you drive at high speed (100 MPH or more in a race track) cold tire pressure is increased to 35 PSI for 17" wheel and 38 PSI for 18" wheel. I find it weird that the normal tire pressure for the 17" wheel is higher than the 18" wheel. In general. tires with lower aspect ratio will have higher inflation pressure.

I normally don't follows the manufacturer's tire inflation pressure (which in most cases are primarily for ride comfort). I typically inflate the tiresbetween the recommended tire pressure and the maximum tire inflation pressure. So depending on the car and tires involved, I inflate them at 33-36 PSI. This way, I also minimize the possibility of triggering the TPMS Warning Light.
