Car: 2003 Infiniti G35 Sedan

Just bought a 2003 g35 sedan, and have been noticing that the tires make a loud pulsing noise. I can feel it under my foot as I push down on the accelerator. The dealer is saying this is normal. Any thoughts?

Currently have 17" factory tires on the car. Only 37K miles on it.

do u FEEL the pulse? if u FEEL. it could be rotors, wheel hub, tires un even..un balanced..
